| 1948, May | Incorporated on May 11 as a specialty grease manufacture, with guidance from MITI and its Nagoya Bureau. Manufacturing facilities were in 1-38 Okute, Chikusa-ku, Nagoya. |
| 1951, December | Moved the factory and offices to 2-12-7 Fukue, Showa-ku, Nagoya, in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and install new equipment. |
| 1963, November | Became a JIS-approved factory for manufacturing grease. |
| 1965, April | Opened a Tokyo sales office at 4-10-1 Hatchobori, Chuo-ku, Tokyo (upgraded to branch office status in January, 1990) |
| 1966, June | Initiated the first domestic production of a parting agent for plastics;successfully marketed as Pelicoat. |
